LAB AFSL Pty Ltd was established to provide a professional licensing environment for a small group of aligned advisers. Our focus is on maintaining a high-quality advice environment built on trust, collaboration and shared professional standards.
Every adviser authorised by LAB AFSL operates under our licence, our compliance framework and our professional standards, and is supported by a governance structure appropriate to the advice they provide.

Each practice operates in its own name, under our licence.
The people behind the licence
Two directors, both Responsible Managers, both practising advisers.
B.Com, Certified Financial Planner. Leon practises through Qin Wealth in Subiaco and is on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register.
MAppFin, BBus. Luke practises through Navarino Wealth in Leederville and is on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register.
What we are authorised to provide
AFSL 700280 commenced 2 July 2026. We are authorised to provide personal and general advice, and to deal, in the following products for both retail and wholesale clients.

- Basic and non-basic deposit products
